This body of work was created when completing my BA Honours Degree. I have a fascination for large volumes of overlooked objects, fuelled by the desire to transform discarded matter and bring new context and meaning to the ignored detritus of our everyday lives. My aim is to bring new life, and in turn new perspective, to the ignored substance and corners of our world.

When something just ’is’ one has no reason to question it so by placing my collections in unexpected spaces in mass volume the objects and spaces take on a new playful significance. By utilising an object that in our everyday lives would be thrown away and creating something of interest trough the manipulation of the collected objects function and meaning, the object is transformed.
